I’m Nadine, The Teen Soul Coach
I grew up as a visionary empath in war-torn Lebanon. I was never meant to fit in.
My motherhood journey later, between traveling and raising my four kids as an immigrant family, while juggling my engineering corporate career and following my passion for creative writing, and then burning out … called me to completely re-parent my inner child (especially my inner teen who lived in anxiety, stress, and over-achievement).
This led me down the path of earth-based spirituality, energy medicine healing, and the Gene Keys. And that’s how I rediscovered the true meaning of self-acceptance, peace, and fulfilment.
I’m now a holistic life and soul coach for parents, tweens, teens and new adults.
I live with my husband and four kids, splitting my time between New Zealand and the UK.
As a certified teen coach, I work with families worldwide to help teens rise above the limitations, expectations, info overload, and distractions of today’s world so that they shine out with their soul’s unique brilliance.
I stand for the full embodiment of heart-centred authenticity and natural genius.
My coaching containers are NOT about cookie-cutter pathways, fake positivity, or forced success.
