In many traditional cultures, adolescence was guided through rites of passage that helped young people step consciously into adulthood.
Today, teens are often expected to fit themselves into standardised systems rather than be supported to discover what makes them unique.
They are pressured to follow established paths, absorb society’s expectations and make decisions about their future before they’ve had the chance to truly understand their gifts and what they want from life.
Teen Soul Mystery School offers a modern space for this rite of passage.

Teen Soul Mystery School will take your teen on a guided journey of self-discovery, to help them recognise their unique gifts, navigate their inner world, and develop the self-trust to find their own path.
Included are 1-on-1 sessions with your child, in addition to 1-on-1 sessions with you as the parents.
Your teen will also have the option to access a private community of like-minded young people.
Our journey will be uniquely tailored to your family’s needs.
We’ll follow the Gene Keys Golden Path courses as a framework, but the journey is far from a one-size-fits-all. I adapt the work around your teen’s unique personality, learning style, challenges and interests.
How the journey works:
1. We begin with your family
We explore what’s happening for your teen right now, what you’re noticing and what you’d love to support.
2. We uncover your teen’s unique blueprint
Using the Gene Keys and Human Design as some of our core frameworks, we explore your teen’s natural gifts, patterns and potential.
3. Your teen gets their own space
They receive regular 1:1 mentoring sessions where they explore their interests, challenges and aspirations.
4. We work with what’s alive for them now
Rather than forcing a curriculum, we follow the questions and challenges that are most relevant in the moment.
5. You are supported, too
You as the parent receive 1:1 sessions to help you understand your teen differently and support their development without taking over their journey.
6. Your teen leaves with greater self-trust and resilience
Not because we’ve told them what their future should be, but because they know themselves better and they’ve embodied their gifts.
7. Your family leaves with more resourcefulness and peace of mind
